The maximum time for Jupiter Finger Chakra Meditation is 33 minutes. You can start with as little as 11 minutes.
Meditation in One Part

Posture/Mudra: Sit in a comfortable position.
Place your left-hand flat against your chest in the center of your heart.
The fingers are parallel to the ground, and the thumb is pointing in the direction of the face.

Bend the elbow with your right hand. Straighten out the index (Jupiter) finger. With the thumb holding down the fingers, fold the remaining fingers into the palm.

Movement / Mantra: While the right hand’s extended Index Finger touches the following spots, chant the mantra “SA TA NA MA” out loud.

It takes about 4-5 seconds to complete each round of touching the points and saying the mantra:

  • SA as you touch the lower lip’s center.
  •  TA Make sure you “point” the finger when you contact the tip of the nose.
  • NA, when you touch the RIGHT eye socket, ‘s the outside edge, the region of the skull bone near the eye’s outer edge. As you progress up the sequence, alternate sides because there are two eyes and two outer edges of the eye socket. Begin on the right side.
  •  MA a spot about 3/4 of an inch above the indent of the nose, just below the forehead, when you contact the third eye (mid-point between the eyebrows)

Closed eyes.

END: Take 3 deep breaths to come to an end.

  1.  [Inhale] “Take a deep breath in and hold it. Self-hypnosis can help you feel your child.” Hold for a total of 17 seconds. “Breath out,” says the exhale.
  2.  [Inhale] “Take a deep breath and hypnotize yourself. You must have seen your photo when you were a kid. Imagine that where your hand is in your heart.
    Concentrate on Hold for a total of 54 seconds.
    “Breath out,” says the exhale.
  3. [Inhale] “Good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, nice, good Do it once more. Be that child, bless the child.” Hold for a total of 22 seconds.
  4. [Exhale] “And then let go of the breath. Relax.”
