Naps are one of the best ways to feel rejuvenated and let’s be real, it helps us to feel a lot better during a difficult day. A good nap helps you feel better and there are some people who literally swear by this.
They work as fuel to get through the day. So here are some zodiac signs who are big on the idea of napping or anything that relates to sleep for that matter.
If we consider astrology and factor it into our sleep health, we can pinpoint the sleepy zodiac signs who make napping part of their everyday routine. When you’re just starting out in life, all you do is nap, and it’s the same when you’re at a later stage of your life. However, nappers come in all shapes, sizes, and ages.
Naps can be extremely rejuvenating and give you the energy to continue for the rest of your day. If it weren’t, there wouldn’t be entire cultures built around having a siesta in the middle of the day!
Napping helps you think better, increases productivity and creativity, and gives you the fuel you need to face whatever challenges come your way.
There’s nothing like the feeling of being in that restful state with a cool breeze washing over you, hearing the sound of the ocean, and being in the perfect temperature to relax and nap.
1. TAURUS (April 20 – May 20)
Taurus is the siesta kind of napper. If they can take a nap in the middle of their workday, they’re happy. Midafternoon naps make them so much more productive and help to improve their critical thinking skills, making them better employees.
Taurus’ nap goal is to make midday napping part of their daily routine. If that’s not possible, at least one nap per weekend.
2. SAGITTARIUS (November 22 – December 21)
Since Sagittarius individuals tend to do a lot of traveling, they’re jet lag nappers. They are often having to reset their inner clock and get back on a manageable sleep schedule, and taking naps can help with that.
When one does jet lag naps, it can help their body transition from one time zone to another, make up for lost sleep that occurred during travel, and help supplement nighttime sleep.
3. PISCES (February 19 – March 20)
Pisces tend to be emotional sleepers and need a lot of sleep, which is where napping comes in. They nap when they’re sad, happy, bored, or just in need of some inspiration.
Pisces with pets sometimes take a nap with their dog or cat just because they get so relaxed. They are big fans of napping because it always makes them feel better. Naps are so important and are part of their self-care routine.
4. ARIES (March 21 – April 19)
Aries take event naps, AKA disco naps. They like to take a nap in the afternoon when they have a party or social event to go to later.
There’s nothing like the energy boost you get from sleeping a limited amount of time, so you are refreshed when you get up, not thick and groggy with sleep. After a nap, Aries will have the energy they need to stay up late and be at their best at the party.
5. CANCER (June 21 – July 22)
Cancers tend to take caregiver naps. If Cancers are parents, they nap when their babies nap, and they are taking care of someone elderly or sick, they will try to squeeze in naps whenever they can; they’re always on call.
For many Cancers, they may not get the amount of sleep they need at night because they’re often up late, worrying or thinking about things. Naps help them feel as if they’re catching up on their sleep (which is probably not the case).
